Damac, the real estate development company in Dubai, recently announced that it has signed a $1 billion contract with Dutch construction firm Bergwijn to build a new residential complex on its property.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of next year and will feature over 2,000 units. The complex will also include amenities such as swimming pools, gyms,Saudi Pro League Focus and a fitness center.
According to Bergwijn's impact analysis, the project is expected to create more than 500 jobs during construction and will contribute to the local economy by generating $1 million in revenue per month once completed.
Bergwijn's impact analysis also takes into account the environmental sustainability of the project. The company has implemented various green building practices, including using renewable energy sources and reducing water usage.
